The heating and/or air conditioning design and/or floor plan layout supplied by “"air comfort designs"” (acd) are provided to the customer on an “AS IS” basis. “acd” DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS OF PURPOSE. Information supplied by “acd” may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. “acd” shall not be liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any design/layout received by the customer. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to insure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statutes or regulations and feasibility of the design/layout furnished by “acd” prior to use thereof. In the event of any liability imposed on “acd”, the “acd’s” liability to the customer and any additional parties shall not exceed the original price paid for the “acd” design/layout.

“acd” assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the supplied website information or any other documents which are referenced by or linked to the website. Customer agrees to furnish “acd” with necessary information which is critical for a proper heating/air conditioning design/layout. “acd” cannot and does not guarantee the availability of any materials or products suggested or specified on supplied documents. It is essential for the customer to consult applicable codes before proceeding with the work.

All designs and floor plan duct and piping layouts are provided using Wrightsoft Right-J8 and Right-D software along with designer experience. Right-J8 and Right-D are recognized by ACCA (The Air Conditioning Contractors of America) as their official software versions of the Manual J and Manual D calculation and sizing methods.
